2nd Day of ITP |
well, There are more thing to do for today. Unlike ytd, today i felt more awake lol ofcos
ytd slp well. Btw, this morning talked to the boss, and he wanted me to find out the philosophy of the company at the end of the week.
Well, wat is the philosophy of a company.
I gonna be headache for these few days, i need to be very obsertive of the behaviours of the employees and also the way they do things and slowly i thk i will found out wat it exactly is.
However, i don have enough confidence. Well whatever it is, i still have 9weeks to go.
Well, on the other hand so far i felt that the company is very strong interms of managment and etc. But i thk they are not really efficient i can see that there is a lot of times involve in communicating with clients, scriptlancers. Well, don thk it is a very good way of getting work done. I was thking another way of doing it, but i still cant come out with any solution yet.
I will try.
Start from tml onwards, i need to be more confidence in the work i am currently doing.
It is a must. Though, i do not have enough experience of doing work, i like to learn and learn very fast. I believe this is my strength.
well. thats all for today, i am still working on something which i din really finish by today.
